DOVER PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Dover Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed update to the Town Plan on March 25, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dover Town Hall at 189 Taft Brook Road in Dover. The Planning Commission solicits public comment on the proposed update, as well as comment from the Planning Commissions of abutting municipalities and from the Regional Planning Commission with respect to the compatibility of their respective plans with the proposed Dover Town Plan.
The proposed Town Plan update includes revisions to the different sections of the Plan based on recent changes in the community and the Town’s current goals and priorities. The Plan pertains to all of the Town of Dover. The Table of Contents includes: Introduction, Community Profile, Economic Development, Land Use, Natural Resources, Community Facilities and Services, Housing, Transportation, Energy, Community Resources, Flood Resilience, Implementation Program, Compatibility with Other Plans, and Town Plan Maps.
