It is set up as a take a book, leave a book or... just take a book!!!
The Dover Free Library is sponsoring and maintaining it.... making sure that there are always books available.
There is a variety of material ...children's books, young adult and adult fiction and non fiction.
There might sometimes even be DVDs, books on tape and magazines.
It is registered with the Little Free Library non-profit organization that promotes neighborhood book exchanges.
we also will have flyers available with information about the library for people to take so that they know where the "bigger" Dover Free Library is located and what we offer..ie. not only books, magazines and DVDs but also things like museum passes and snowshoes that you can borrow, free internet, a cafe with work space and lots of ongoing programs for adults and kids.
The little free library was built by Ed Brookman, a trustee for the library.
We hope to see lots of people visiting the Little Free Library!
